The 1.5L capacity is perfect for when I’m mixing pancake batter or measuring out stock for a big pot of soup, and the side markings are still easy to read even when I’ve filled it to the top. The handle feels sturdy enough to pour with one hand without any wobble, which honestly sells it for me.

The 1.5L capacity is just right for mixing pancake batter without splashing, and the spout gives a clean, controlled pour every time. Dry ingredients measure out evenly too, which I wasn't expecting from a jug.
